KB Investments & Realty, LLC (KBIR) is owned and operated by Terry and Andrea Williams. Andrea fulfills the role of Broker in Charge, CEO and President of Business Management and Terry fulfills the role of COO and President of Property Acquisitions and Management. The strength of this management team stems from the diverse backgrounds and combined expertise in corporate business management, project management, ownership and management of rental properties, residential real estate sales, REO Marketing & Sales and extensive experience in construction management.

Our REO team consists of 4 licensed Brokers, an assistant, a property manager and a network of contractors that enable us to provide fast and efficient services to address all aspects of real estate needs. We are highly motivated professionals with significant experience in the real estate business. We have diverse backgrounds which include over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of Product Management and Marketing, People Management, Project Management, Finance, Construction Management and REO Marketing, Management and Sales.


About Andrea

Andrea is a native North Carolinian born and raised in the Warren County area. Her youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school and church. She graduated from NC State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill. Andrea has over nineteen years of business and technical leadership experience in Fortune 500 corporations. Her diverse background includes experience in the areas of product management, product marketing, people management, software engineering, residential real estate sales and REO Marketing and Sales. She has significant experience in the real estate industry and has lived in the community that she serves for 20+ years. Andrea began her experience in the real estate industry as an investor. This led to a strong interest in the field of real property and a desire to become a licensed agent. As a result of this initial focus, Andrea is particularly interested in the area of REO Marketing and the foreclosure industry and currently specializes in REO/Bank-owned Asset Management and Disposition and working with investors to purchase foreclosures for income/investment opportunities

Current hobbies include spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering with various programs and auxiliaries at her local church.

Terry is a native North Carolinian born and raised in the Duplin County area. Terry has a diverse background that includes over 18 years of experience in the areas of surveying, landscaping, construction management and property management. He has a degree in Architectural Design from Durham Technical University and brings extensive project management skills to the team. Terry began his career in real estate over 6 years ago in the area of Property Management. Terry is particularly skilled at seeing the potential in properties and has a talent for developing visual attractiveness and curb appeal in a home.

Current hobbies include riding his Suzuki GSX-R1100 motorcycle, trading stock options, spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering with various programs and auxiliaries at his local church.
