By the way, when you purchase a home for at least $100K through KBIR, we give you a certificate at closing for 7 nights of accommodations at a resort of your choice for anywhere in the US and even Mexico and the Caribbean. This is based on availability at the different resorts 45 days in advance and you can call and schedule the vacation at any time you want as long as it is 45 days or less from the date that you want to travel. Vacation certificate expires in 1 year.

Management Team
KB Investments & Realty, LLC (KBIR) is owned and operated by Terry and Andrea Williams. Andrea fulfills the role of Broker in Charge, CEO and President of Business Management and Terry fulfills the role of COO and President of Property Acquisitions and Management. The strength of this management team stems from the diverse backgrounds and combined expertise in corporate business management, project management, ownership and management of rental properties, residential real estate sales, REO Marketing & Sales and extensive experience in construction management.

About Andrea
Andrea is a native North Carolinian born and raised in the Warren County area. Her youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school and church. She graduated from NC State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill. Andrea has over nineteen years of business and technical leadership experience in Fortune 500 corporations. Her diverse background includes experience in the areas of product management, product marketing, people management, software engineering, residential real estate sales and REO Marketing and Sales. She has over 6 years experience in the real estate industry and has lived in community that she serves for 20+ years. Andrea began her experience in the real estate industry as an investor. This led to a strong interest in the field of real property and a desire to become a licensed agent. As a result of this initial focus, Andrea currently specializes in working with investors to purchase foreclosures and is particularly interested in the area of REO Marketing and the foreclosure industry.

About Terry
Terry is a native North Carolinian born and raised in the Duplin County area. Terry has a diverse background that includes over 18 years of experience in the areas of surveying, landscaping, construction management and property management. He has a degree in Architectural Design from Durham Technical University and brings extensive project management skills to the team. Terry began his career in real estate over 6 years ago in the area of Property Management. Terry is particularly skilled at seeing the potential in properties and has a talent for developing visual attractiveness and curb appeal in a home.

Current hobbies include riding his Suzuki GSX-R1100 motorcycle, trading stock options, spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering with various programs and auxiliaries at his local church.

Notary Services
Andrea is a Notary Public/Notary Signing Agent and has been commissioned since January/2000. Notary Signing Agents are commissioned notaries who specialize in handling the signing and notarization of residential loan documents. Andrea and a team of three additional notaries provide notary services that include in-house certifications and acknowledgements as well as Mobile Document Signings and Mobile RESPA Loan Signings and Documentation Delivery.
Mobile notary services are beneficial to companies (e.g. lenders, escrow and title companies, etc.) that need a notary who is trained to understand loan documents and to meet with their customers and witness signatures, collect the documents and ship them back quickly. Our loan document signing service streamlines and expedites the process of getting documents signed and notarized by experienced, qualified, professionals.
